County Board of Equalization

Tennessee State Law created the County Board of Equalization to ensure that the property owners in all of the counties in Tennessee have access to an open, fair, and impartial hearing on their property tax assessment, valuation, and classification issues, as required by law.

Meeting Schedule

The County Board of Equalization convenes June 1st of each year and remains in session as necessary to complete the board's business.
